Making lemonade: How to build a flux tower on a desk

I’m feeling good… The project is starting to take shape and I’m able to test the fluxes of a lab desk!

Within a month the 3D anemometer, IRGA and net radiometer will be out on the top of a 20m tower and all the fun will be reduced to an endless series of numbers…

BTW, today Climate Shift posted about a research study on a topic that I’m very interested in; the effect of acidification of our oceans. I’ll leave it for them to describe the study. I find it incredible that such work still doesn’t get more attention.
